classic pepperoni pizza:
Ingredients:
1 pre-made pizza dough (or you can make your own)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powderOptional:
crushed red pepper flakes for spice.
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the pizza dough packaging or according to your recipe if you're making homemade dough.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Place the dough on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
Place the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.
You can arrange them in a single layer or overlap them slightly, depending on your preference.
Sprinkle the dried oregano and garlic powder over the pizza. If you like your pizza spicy, you can add some crushed red pepper flakes as well.
Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake according to the instructions on the pizza dough package or your recipe.
Typically, it takes about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, and the crust is cooked through.
Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
